For the first week of term we decided to brighten up our classroom. We chose to blend pastels as our background with some of us choosing cool colours and some choosing warm colours. Most of us then chose to paint a silhouette of a Nikau Palm. They look really effective on our classroom walls!

  1. Hi my name is Kiana, I go to Paihia Primary I'm in Te Ngahere. I really like your artwork. It reminds me of some of our art work we have done we did our five panels based around our school.

  2. Hi my name is Missy I go to Paihia Primary School. I’m in Te Ngahere, and I really like the way you have done your Nikau palm work. Your colorful artwork reminds me of the time when my class had created panels to represent our five areas at Paihia School.

I hope you have a lovely day.

  3. Kia ora,

This is some amazing artwork that you have done, it reminds me a lot of some artwork that we have done in the past few weeks. I really like the way you’se have used warm and cold colors it is really effective and bright.

    Have a lovely day

  4. Kia Ora, Ko Ezra toku ingoa. I like your art that you have made. It really does look like it brightens your classroom. To me it looks like Summer with all of the different colors in the background then just a simple Nikau palm tree. Again it was awesome and wish to see another art work like that.

Thank-you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comment.
